CHARACTER & ARCHITECTURE
Designed in the spirit of Cycladic simplicity, the villas speak a language of white-washed stone, natural textures, and unhurried elegance. Every detail considered. Nothing decorative for its own sake. Private infinity pools frame the sunset, the view unfolding uninterrupted to the horizon. Outdoor terraces open to the Aegean light, wide enough for long evenings, quiet enough for slow mornings.

A newly built chapel stands high above the property, with an open and unobstructed view. It is available for private ceremonies, weddings, christenings, or any occasion that calls for a sacred and exclusive space, as well as for personal use whenever guests wish. For guests who choose to arrive by air, the property has a private helipad available exclusively upon request. Arrivals and departures take place on your own terms, with no waiting, no shared terminals and complete privacy. THE LOCATION
Just five kilometres from the port of Parikia, yet a world apart. A quiet inland village of scattered stone houses, ancient olive trees, and vineyards tended for generations.
The village sits on the edge of Paros’s ancient marble quarries, the same that supplied the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, and the Hermes of Praxiteles. Quiet history, underfoot.
